Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how PrimeVibe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

US: 7–14 business days. (we will try to expedite it as much as possible

International: 14 - 31 Business days 

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • Puerto Rico
  • Hawaii

Certain items may have restrictions depending on the destination (e.g., oversized products or items limited by postal regulations).

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout
  • Express shipping (if available): Shown at checkout

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
You can track your package using the link provided in your confirmation email. You can also tract your shipment progress here

Customs, Duties, And Taxes 

PrimeVibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibilities of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive damage merchandise, please take a picture and email the picture to us at vibeprime96@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order
