1. How long does shipping take?
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 14–31 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on location, holidays, or carrier delays.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed as soon as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
3. Do you offer tracking information?
Yes! Tracking details are uploaded as soon as they become available.
You can check your delivery status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, PrimeVibe ships worldwide, except to restricted locations.
International delivery takes 14–31 days depending on destination.
5. Which countries do you NOT ship to?
We currently do not ship to:
- Puerto Rico
- Hawaii
Returns & Refunds
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging included.
7. How do I start a return?

8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Issues
11. My tracking shows no movement — what should I do?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

12. I entered the wrong shipping address — can I change it?
Please contact us immediately.
If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
If it has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
